The bijali Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bijali does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. bijali's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bijali account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
